This Tofu Tikka Masala recipe is a vegan take on the delicious Indian food that’s healthy, gluten-free, & delicious. Made w/ spiced tofu chunks fried to crispy perfection coated in a thick, rich, & creamy masala sauce served w/ Basmatti rice perfumed w/ cardamon seeds & cinnamon. It’s a delight and popular for dinner parties!
I hired Piper to cook a surprise meal for my girlfriend and me so I could propose. I had her arrive at my Airbnb before I did, so I was a little worried something might not work out, but everything was perfect. She had no problem coordinating with my Airbnb host and she even brought all the necessary pots, pans, and stemware. Her food was incredible and she was more than happy to make everything I wanted. I definitely recommend her!
